Water boy

Reid is having a lot of fun this summer! We're making good use of the hot weather and Cobbossee to get a lot lake time in. I'm happy to say that Reid can swim now!




He's also getting pretty good at jumping off our dock!




I'm also thrilled that Reid and I paddled the my canoe together but I'm sorry that it wasn't until this week.

He really liked it but had a hard time with a regular paddle. So I went into my shop to see what I could do and ended up cutting a broken kayak paddle I'd made in half and glued up a T-grip for it. It's now a light paddle that's his size (pretty much).

Now we just have to get him to learn to peddle his bike and pump his legs while on the swing!
