Today's Update

Well, our first night home was....let's just say, I didn't realize that we HAD a night.

Reid decided that he didn't want to sleep and he only wanted to eat. He fed and fed but because my milk had not come in, he was constantly hungry and unable to satisfy himself. It was exhausting and so sad. I became quite emotional due to the lack of rest the past couple days. We eventually got about 2 hours rest. My milk came in today so the battle of breastfeeding continues. Reid was able to have a great feeding for about 30 minutes so he is now sleeping in his Pack-N-Play while Jeff and I have time to ourselves. We were even able to heat up some dinner and eat it!

Jeff finished the last coat of wax on the dresser today. It is now in the nursery and looks beautiful. We will have to take some pictures of his room all set up with it in it. It looks great. Jeff did an incredible job.

Tomorrow is his 4th day in this world. He is truely a miracle! We are loving every moment of being his parents!
