Shannon and Kevin got to finally hold Nolan today. Shannon was just itching to get her hands on that baby. Due to her surgery and his need to be in the oxygen hood it was not possible for them to be together. Now they can hold him as long as they are not sleeping or eating! No one else has been able to hold him yet but maybe when he gets more strength we will be able to snuggle him up.
Jeff and I went to visit today after school. Shannon looks much better than she did yesterday and is feeling better also. Luckily she did not need a blood transfusion, but it was pretty close. Now, they are both well and looking better each hour.
